Construction Superintendent

The Angelo Group is actively seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe job site environment
- Communicate daily progress and issues to project management team
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing office, restaurant, healthcare, warehouse or retail ground-up construction and tenant build-outs
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
